I consent to receive one (1) electronic notification from the event's Presenting Sponsor, FitGrid, and I release WLC Conferences LLC (d/b/a Boutique Fitness Summit), Fitness Conventions Inc. and the venue from any liability related to my attendance at the above-mentioned event and agree to take full responsibility for my person at this event in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia as publicly stated.

I understand that BFS is a trade event that is not open to the public and admission is limited to individuals who own or manage boutique fitness studios and I may be required to provide proof of the aforementioned. In the event that I am unable to provide sufficient proof of the above, I acknowledge that my registration may be cancelled and my registration fee refunded in full.

In addition, I acknowledge that all ticket purchases will be reviewed to ensure that the proper ticket type was selected and, in the event that I purchased the incorrect ticket type, I may be contacted to correct my registration.
